Our Judicial committee information management system (named as Ejalash) is aimed to develop a comprehensive Judicial Committee Information Management System for Municipality and Rural Municipality. This initiative was designed to enhance the municipality's Judicial Committee data management capabilities and support informed decision-making for local-level development. This innovative digital platform enhances the efficiency and transparency of judicial processes by providing comprehensive case management, data integration, secure user access, automated email and SMS, and detailed reporting and analytics. Implemented through a phased approach and supported by extensive training programs, Ejalash streamline case processing, improve accessibility for residents, and increase accountability among judicial officials. Despite initial technical challenges and resistance to change, various municipalities and rural municipality has successfully adopted this system that underscores its potential as a model for other regions.
